About Hilary
Hilary Nilson has spent more than 20 years building the people systems that make organizations work. As Director of Global Learning Experience at Salesforce, she led programs enabling 1,000+ professionals across four continents — including championing an AI-forward learning strategy that helped leaders adopt emerging tools without losing the human connection that makes organizations genuinely work. Before that, she spent two decades at T-Mobile — including leading the human workstream through the 45,000-person Sprint merger.
What she brings to consulting is earned perspective from designing and delivering high-stakes learning at global scale. She knows what it costs to lead poorly, and what it takes to build something that lasts. Her recent certification in coaching neurodiverse leaders reflects the same conviction — that the most uniquely wired people often have the most to offer, and deserve leadership that actually sees them.
As a humanist leader, I believe organizations thrive when leadership prioritizes people, psychological safety, sustainable performance, and authentic connection alongside business outcomes.
